The Journey Starts....

Life has been tough for Ajay these days.He is unsure whether all the problems revolving around his head are due to his fault or not.Well, may be the birth stars are moving away from his luck orbit.(That's what al normally thinks of when one is facing a tough time). Now Ajay is moving to his second rent house with his friends after he got 'divorced' from his old room mates.Nagercoil is a busy place unlike Manavalakurichi.Anyways,it would be a relief to stay with Unni.Ajay goes on thinking and thinking about the problems. His thoughts got a brake when he heard the bus conductor opened his throat saying that the bus reached Nagercoil. He jumped off his seat as if he got an ant bite somewhere on his back.He took out his two-tyred trolley bag bearing the name Oman shipping Corp. and moved out of the bus.

Now Ajay is standing in Nagercoil bus stand.Nagercoil is a place which shares inter-state road with Kerala.Nagercoil is somewhat close to Kanyakumari, the southern tip of India famous for its tourist importance.Ajay took out his Nokia 1100 phone and called Unni.Unni is his friend and classmate in Aditya Engineering College. The dialling process took place and after 2-3 rings,Unni took the phone and asked "Where are you, man?".Ajay replied that he was in Nagercoil bus stand.Unni asked him to wait at the entrance of the bus stand and that he would reach there within 5 minutes.
Ajay went to the near by tea shop and bought a gold filter.he lit the cigarette and gave out its first puff.Oh!what a relief!!Who said cigarettes are injurious to health?Sometimes a puff can change a whole story or even cool down the disputes between world nations,if the leaders get a chance to smoke sitting around a table.Yes,Ajay is a type of guy who always relates the happenings around him as if they are all international deals.Ajays thinkings are all like this.He never thinks of anything in a straight way. Thus he always makes his life complex.
When Ajay is about to finish his gold filter,he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned back and saw Unni.Unni took a short route to the bus stand. He reached the bus stand through the back entrance. That is Unni's way of life.He always makes his ways short in every deal.He always follows the short routes and considers them as the basement of success.Unni is a thin guy who looks like a black magician with all the red, black, yellow bands on his wrists.A guy with curl hair with trimmed beard on his face.
Unni bought a gold filter and lit his cigarette. He told Ajay that one of his room mate Sanjay is on his way to the bus stand and asked Ajay to handover his bag to Sanjay.Unni and Ajay have to go to their college for re-tests on 4 subjects,Sanjay would take Ajay's bag to the room and thus that saves time and travel for the college. Then Unni went to the tea shop and ordered 2 strong tea with excess sugar.

Front Page

Life can sometimes prove to be a disaster for some of us.But some can overcome the disasters and can alter themselves in a large way to become a normal person.SPIKE AND SPICE is about such small incidents which proved to be a disaster for a group of young people who were made to live together and face these problems. But the contrasting feature of their lives is that, they were able to overcame those situations just with mere hand of luck than their brains. These incidents can't be related with the lives of engineering students in India as most of those guys are trained in a way to be more career oriented than to be losers.

SPIKE AND SPICE sketches the lives of some guys who spent their lives in laziness for a period of three years and enjoyed the life to the fullest.Studies were not an agenda for them except when it comes with arrears.I don't know whether these incidents are interesting or not.But I am sure that some of us were like these guys.

I don't know whether there are any elements to be blogged in here about the lives of these unknown guys as they aren't celebrities or anything of that sort. But who knows, what life has to offer them in the days to come...
